Weee!, an online grocer focusing on Asian and Hispanic communities, announced today that it had raised a $315 million Series D round of funding. Existing investor DST Global led the round with participation from new investors Blackstone, Arena Holdings, and Tiger Global.

The company intends to use the new capital to further accelerate its geographic expansion with efficient fulfilment technology, build a diverse product assortment, recruit exceptional talent, and invest in engaging the broader Asian and Hispanic communities with personalization features.

Founded in 2015 by Larry Liu, CEO, Weee! offers speciality products and everyday essentials across a category assortment spanning ethnic ingredients essential to Asian and Hispanic cuisines. The company currently serves 14 key regions coast-to-coast and aims to expand to 30 cities across North America by 2024.
