Ex Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi has passed away. He was 86. The octogenarian Congress pioneer, who went through therapy at the Gauhati Medical College Hospital for post-COVID complexities, passed on at 5:35 pm, Assam serve Himanta Biswa Sharma told journalists.
